Our basic package includes tables and chairs, parking attendant and traffic control for up to 225 guests for $4,000.

this package does not include bar service in our barn.

Package #2 includes our basic package plus rental of Bed & Breakfast for (1) one night for $6000.

Package #3 includes our basic package plus rental of Bed & Breakfast for (2) nights for $8000.

this package does not include bar service in the barn.

We do not have exclusive caterers or other vendors other than our exclusive bar service with McKee's Pub, but we are happy to offer suggestions and assist couples with those items.

If you are using a wedding coordinator, please advise them to directly coordinate their work with The Whitcomb House in regards to specific details. Please note that no pyrotechnics, lit flames, sparklers,confetti, glitter, fake flower petals, chinese lanterns or balloons are allowed inside the barn.

*Additional time can be scheduled for $100 per hour.

*Please note that breakfast is not included with the 1 or 2 bedroom apartment rentals unless arranged prior to your stay. Chilled champagne is available for guest rooms on request.
